Arts & Creativity in Education Residency 2024/25

We were delighted to participate in the BLAST Arts & Creativity in Education Residency during the 2024/25 school year. This exciting initiative, funded by the Department of Education under the Creative Youth Plan 2023–2027, and supported by the Education Support Centres Ireland (ESCI) network, provides schools with the opportunity to engage in creative partnerships with trained artists and practitioners.

As part of our residency, we welcomed Gene Clohessy, a talented artist and creative practitioner, who worked closely with our pupils and staff. Gene’s collaborative approach brought creativity into the classroom, encouraging self-expression, imagination, and artistic exploration.
